A New and Vibrant Experience in the City
Hyatt Regency Trinidad is undergoing a refurbishment of all its guest rooms and public spaces. The transformation will be done in phases and expected to be completed at the end of April 2017.
Some restricted access and noise
Throughout this time, the hotel remains fully operational with some changes. Guests continue to be our priority and the hotel is doing everything possible to minimize disruption and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. During this time, there will be periods where sections of the hotel are not open to guests and there may be some noise. Currently, the Lobby Terrace and Waterfront Terrace are inaccessible during the day as works continue on the outside. The Lobby Terrace will be opened from 5.00pm.
Temporary Closure of the Regency Club Lounge
The Regency Club is currently unavailable. Guests with club access will receive vouchers for breakfast, appetizer and drinks services.
Spa Esencia Temporarily Re-located to the 10th Floor
We are in the final phase of the refurbishment and spa services continue on the 10th floor. In-house guests can dial extension 6500 or the operator for more information.
